Victoria’s Secret PINK Campus Representative
For the 2018-2019 school year, I had the opportunity to represent Victoria’s Secret PINK at Temple University. As a Campus Rep, I was responsible for acting as 1 of 2 liaisons between the corporate division of the brand and my college campus. This is one of the oldest, most competitive, and robust brand ambassador programs in the country, which I consider to be one of the most transformative aspects of my college experience. Being a part of this program provided me with ample opportunities to increase my skill-set as it pertains to leadership, marketing, content creation and event planning.
Responsibilities
Leadership
Certified in best practices from industry experts in Journalism, Human Resources and Marketing at a 3-day training at PINK Headquarters.
Recruited, led + trained 15 campus team members to understand VS PINK branding, as well as assist with event execution + content creation.
Marketing
Managed all @pinktempleu social media accounts + presence which totaled in 8,000+ followers.
Developed photography, graphic design + copywriting content to educate consumers about upcoming promotions, events + products.
Event Planning
Conceptualized, executed + promoted on-campus activations that support PINK branding goals by targeting 40,000 students on campus.
Collaborated with our local PINK store, on-campus organizations + local businesses to host experiential networking events, fitness classes, product launches + more!
Recognition
LA Incentive Trip
Named top performing school for Fall semester out of 110. PINK headquarters flew me out to Los Angeles, California to attend the 2018 Teen Vogue Summit for an incentive trip recognizing our hard work
GRL PWR Campaign
Selected as 1 of 6 Campus Reps out of 220 to represent + pitch the GRL PWR campaign to key media publications in NYC+ fashion editors at Seventeen Magazine, Marie Claire, Women's Health + Cosmopolitan
Leadership Conference
Selected as 1 of 4 Campus Reps out of 220 to attend a leadership conference at the company's headquarters to tour the creative space + pitch a major collegiate marketing plan to the CEO of VS PINK
