Tierney Strategic Planning Intern

My Internship experience on the Strategy team at Tierney, a full service advertising agency in Philadelphia, gave me insight into how essential secondary and primary research are to the success of a campaign. Without a well developed strategy to set the foundation for a project, it is easy for the creative to miss the mark with the target audience. Through the development of competitive analysis reports, demographic research, and participating in campaign brainstorming sessions, I improved my critical thinking and insight tracking skills, applying them to all future projects moving forward.
