Lyft Campus Ambassador
In the Fall of 2017, I had the opportunity to promote the rideshare app, Lyft, on my college campus through a 6 week campaign managed by ReFuel Agency. Through social media, experiential and peer-to-peer marketing, I was able to exceed app download and new user sign-up target goals from the client and grew the Lyft community at Temple University by an estimated 11%. At the conclusion of the 6 weeks, I generated 2800+ impressions from original Lyft social media content, 324 app downloads, and 418 new users.
Marketing Plan
I developed a strategic event + marketing plan to ensure I was exceeding client goals, which involved increasing brand awareness, downloads + new user sign-ups targeting 40,000+ students on campus. Weekly check-in calls with ReFuel agency allowed me to refine the strategy consistently based on evolving metrics + client feedback.
Campus Activations
Planning + implementing 18+ programs with clubs, organizations + campus events was crucial when it came to spreading the word about Lyft! Experiential marketing + collaborations allowed me to bring the brand to life through engaging activities involving giveaways, contests + gamification.
Social Media Buzz
No Brand Ambassador role is complete without successful social media marketing. Leveraging my evolving marketing plan, and my digital marketing, content creation + copywriting skillset, I generated 2800+ impressions from the target audience via Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat + Facebook.
